Wheat Flour, Unsalted butter, Sugar, Eggs, Vanilla extract (Water, Monopropylene Glycol, Natural Vanilla Extract), Baking powder (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Raising Agents: Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate E450i, Sodium Bicarbonate E500 (ii)), Salt, Coconut (coconut, sodium metabisulphite), Glace cherries (Cherry (56%), glucose-fructose syrup, sugar (18%), acidity regulator (Citric Acid), Preservatives (potassium sorbate, sulphur dioxide), Colour (Erythrosine)

This is the most amazing cookie! I bought 8 different ones at the artisan fair at Hampton Court Palace and my friend and I thought the Cherry and coconut was absolutely fantastic! As it was her birthday, I just had to send her a whole lot of them and she was thrilled!

Simply the best I tge range. There is coconut and cherry in every bite, not just the single glacé one. Simply melts in your mouth and this makes up at least 40% of every order.
