Welcome to the slightly chaotic, fully cookie-obsessed corner of Wicked Cookies… aka the humans behind the magic. We’re a small but mighty team based at our bakery in Warwickshire.

Every cookie you see on our site has been mixed, baked, and packed by real people who genuinely care about making the very best, tastiest cookies we can.

We’re bakers, label-straighteners, box-folding perfectionists, and occasional flour covered gremlins — all working together to make sure your cookie delivery feels like a proper little moment of joy. So if you’ve ever wondered who’s behind the scenes making sure your cookies arrive safely, taste amazing, and somehow never last more than 24 hours… well, that’s us. :)

  • Giles

    Giles works behind the scenes, making our amazing cookie dough and baking the cookies. He’s also a dab hand with Photoshop and creates all our marketing material as well as the website.

    • Favourite Cookies: Cranberry, Macadamia & White Chocolate / Chili and Chocolate / Coconut & Milk Chocolate
    • Super Powers: Always being right and making epic cookie dough
    • Likes: Cheesecake, Spiderman, My kids, My wife (in that order)
    • Hobbies: Snowboarding, playing drums, playing bass guitar and reading

  • Sally

    You’ll often see Sally at our markets and stands serving our lovely customers, taking photos and posting on our social media pages.

    • Favourite Cookies: Toffee Butter Pecan, Mocha Walnut, Snickerwoodle
    • Super Powers:Saying 'Decant' and 'Condense' 150 times a day
    • Likes: The beach, music, fluffy things...oh and sparkly things
    • Hobbies: Singing/playing keyboards, calligraphy, notebooks (I love writing in new notebooks)
    • Favourite Harry Potter Character:  Professor McGonagall
    • Favourite Disney Movie: Tangled

  • Zac

    Whilst he might be the smallest member of the team, he certainly makes up for it with his giant sized helpings of enthusiasm and product knowledge.

    Able to name every cookie by smell alone, he’s often spotted with chocolate marks either side of his cheeky smile.

    • Super Powers:Talking at the speed of light
    • Likes: Security, DIY, Fixing/Taking apart tech
    • Hobbies: Lockpicking, electronics and reading

  • Bailey

    Bailey insists it’s her job to taste every cookie to ensure they meet with her approval. She’s often seen at markets and stands serving customers and singing to herself...though usually not at the same time.

    • Favourite Cookies: Triple Chocolate,  Raspberry and White Chocolate, Cherry and Coconut
    • Super Powers: Being able to eat a cookie at snail like speeds
    • Likes: Marvel, The Harry Potter series, the season spring because it has pretty blossoms, aesthetic things ( especially cottagecore)
    • Hobbies: Writing, Dancing, Singing and acting
    • Fave Harry Potter Character: Hermione

  • Claire

    Claire has the uneviable job of making sure everything goes smoothly at the various events, food festivals and markets that we do...and trust us, juggling freshly baked cookies, staff, logistics and the great British weather is no mean feat!
