We engaged with Wicked Cookies to see if they would be able to bake 160 cookies for Employee Appreciation Day to be sent out individually to our employees at home. I contacted Sally and she was an absolute pleasure to deal with. 

Sally made sure that she could fulfil our order, asked what flavours of cookies we would like – they even do a vegan option.  Once Sally confirmed our order, she kept me updated at every stage even taking photos of our cookies ready to be sent out! 

The cookies were absolutely amazing, the best cookies I have tasted.  The feedback from all of our employees was so positive, the cookies and the presentation was fantastic. The whole customer service level from start to finish was outstanding – we will definitely use again!
