Gluten Free Oat Flour, Vegetable Fat (palm oil, rapeseed oil), Sugar, Egg replacer (potato starch, tapioca starch flour, leavening (calcium lactate [not derived from dairy], calcium carbonate, cream of tartar), sodium carboxymethylcellulose, methylcellulose, Vanilla extract (Water, Monopropylene Glycol, Natural Vanilla Extract), Bicarbonate of soda, Cream of tartar (Potassium tartrates), Xanthan gum, Salt, Ginger, Mixed Spice

My cookie delivery arrived at 2:50pm, just in time for afternoon tea. These were the perfect partner for my cuppa! I love these soft, crumbly and gingery cookies. This was my second order of this flavour and is now one of my favourites, along with the peanut cookie and triple chocolate.
