We have flexible part time and full time positions available:

 

Flexible part time hours are available 3+ days per week between 7am and 3pm. Each dough making shift is roughly 6hrs.

You do not need prior experience. It is more important that you are the right person for the team, super enthusiastic, fit, healthy and with excellent attention to detail and like neatness, tidiness and order! Full training will be given but this super important role helps us to make our magical cookie dough in over 50 flavours including vegan, dairy free, gluten free and nut free options.

This is a very physical job which requires the regular lifting  and carrying of large bags of flour, chocolate and tubs of cookie dough as well as bending and crouching. It's a bit like a cookiemonster gym!

We have an epic team, listen to lots of music and have a good laugh, but ultimately, we have huge passion for what we do and how we do it and understand that we are genuinely changing lives with our cookies. The Wicked Cookies Bakery is located on the outskirts of Nuneaton at CV10 7NG outside Arbury Hall Round Towers.

SHORT VERSION: dough making / cleaning / tidying - Fridays and Saturdays plus occasional week days during school hours.

PAY: £26,000-£31,000 pro rata (subject to training and experience)

 

Flexible part time hours are available weekdays during school hours with some late afternoon/early evening and weekend shifts available during busy periods.

Full training will be given but this varied role includes portioning cookie dough, baking our amazing cookies, packing customer orders as well as the cookies for events and festivals, lots of cleaning and tidying to help keep the bakery in tip top condition.

It's quite a physical job which requires the lifting of tubs of cookies and cookie dough and your step counter will certainly be busy as we regularly hit our 10,000 steps when it's a full day at the bakery!!

We have a wonderful team at the bakery. Some days there may be 1 or 2 team in, other days there may be 5 or 6 of us. We have lots of fun, listen to lots of music and take great pride in making the most amazing cookies which are adored and loved by cookiemonsters all over the country.

We're looking for awesome cookiemonsters to join our market and festival team helping us sell our cookies at events and festivals both locally and nationally.

The job includes picking up the event kit and cookies from our bakery in Nuneaton (CV10 7NG) and then travelling to the event, setting up the stand/gazebo, selling the cookies and looking after our customers, packing everything down at the end of the event and returning it all to the bakery.
Overnight stays on occasions for festivals further away.

 

YOU MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE & HAVE A CAR WITH INSURANCE

THIS JOB IS 99% WEEKENDS with some Friday and Mondays for big festivals and multi-day events.
Full training will be given but the most important thing is that you are a happy, positive and super awesome kind of cookiemonster.

 

From Mid November - Christmas we have 2 Christmas Markets running 7 days a week into the evenings;

 

 

We're looking for awesome staff to help us man our Christmas chalets at these fabulous Christmas events. If you love talking to people, spreading joy and happiness, take pride in your appearance and like a tidy, organised work location, we want to hear from you!

Birmingham Staff can arrive by train and do not need a car as cookies will be delivered to the chalet each day. Hours are roughly 9.30am - 9pm and the shift can be split into am/pm subject to the team and the rota
Blenheim Palace Staff can live locally and walk/drive to the palace as cookies will be delivered daily to the stand. Hours are roughly 9.30am - 9pm and the shift can be split into am/pm subject to the team and the rota

We're looking for 3-4 members of staff for each location to help spread festive joy with our amazing cookies.
