We're one of the few sweet treat makers in the UK that actually make dairy free / vegan gluten free treats. We've always delighted when vegan gluten free customers find us at events and food festivals - the look of joy when they see that they can have a cookie along with their friends or family is amazing!
All of our vegan gluten free cookies are made from 100% gluten free oat flour. The oats are grown and milled in the UK at the only gluten free oat farm in the country! We always use the best ingredients we can find and try to use local or UK sourced goods where possible. We tested a range of different flours and decided that the oat flour option was the closest in taste and texture to our classic wheat based cookies. The oat flour gives our vegan gluten free cookies a slightly more treacley / nutty flavour and bake beautifully to have that crisp, crunchy edge and gooey, chewy middle that's not at all dry or cardboardy like a lot of gluten free products.
