Your cookies have the BEST consistency, if I didn’t know I’d ordered gluten free, I wouldn’t know from eating them! The flavours are just brilliant - this one is no exception, just the right level of warming ginger!

My cookie delivery arrived at 2:50pm, just in time for afternoon tea. These were the perfect partner for my cuppa! I love these soft, crumbly and gingery cookies. This was my second order of this flavour and is now one of my favourites, along with the peanut cookie and triple chocolate.
