So what happens with this subscription thing then?

Well, it's super easy - you add the subscription to your basket and checkout as normal. Every month / week / biweekly, we'll send your freshly baked cookies straight to your door. All you need to do, is eat them. We'll keep sending you cookies every month / week / biweekly, until you say.

Can I cancel?

Yes, you can cancel at any point. Either message us OR use the customer portal to pause or cancel your subscription.

Will the box have all the same cookies in?

No, the box will contain a varied selection of cookies however NONE of the cookies will contain nuts. It's worth mentioning that our nut-less cookies are made in the same area as our nut cookies (although we always have a very thorough clean down and try to make nut doughs on a separate day).

When will I get my subscription box?

Your box will be delivered on or around your initial order date each month, so if you order on the 14th, you'll get a delivery on or around the 14th of each month.

Can I change or substitute cookies?

We're afraid not... but do not fear, all our cookies are amaaaazingly delicious and we're sure you'll like each one. If you don't, just give it to a friend for instant brownie points!

I'm going on holiday, can I skip a month?

Yes, just go into your customer portal and request to skip a month there.
