Vegan & Dairy Free Biscoff and White Chocolate Cookie
This is one for the Biscoff fans! We've mixed Speculoos crumb, paste and dairy free white chocolate in our signature, soft dairy free cookie dough, and then dip it in Speculoos crumb for extra flavour and crunch!

Wheat Flour, Vegetable Fat (palm oil, rapeseed oil), Sugar, Egg replacer (potato starch, tapioca starch flour, leavening (calcium lactate [not derived from dairy], calcium carbonate, cream of tartar), sodium carboxymethylcellulose, methylcellulose, Biscoff paste (Caramelised Biscuits 58% (wheat flour, sugar, vegetable oils (palm, rapeseed), candy sugar syrup, raising agent (sodium hydrogen carbonate), soya flour, salt, cinnamon), rapeseed oil, sugar, emulsifier (soya lecithin, citric acid)), Speculoos crumb (wheat flour, candy sugar, vegetable oils (palm, canola), raw cane sugar, soya rlour, invert sugar syrup, raising agent (sodium hydrogen carbonate), cinnamon and nutmeg), Vanilla extract (Water, Monopropylene Glycol, Natural Vanilla Extract), Baking powder (mono calcium phosphate, corn starch, sodium bicarbonate), Salt, White Chocolate (Sugar, Cocoa Butter [32%] rice flour, coconut oil, flavouring (Vanilla), Emulsifier (sunflower lecithin))

Not my Fave
I should firstly point out that we are massive fans of Wicked Cookies and usually rave about them but sadly this one missed the mark. Unfortunately, it didn't taste very Biscoffy, and I wasn't too sure about it being paired with white chocolate.
