Wheat Flour, Vegetable Fat (palm oil, rapeseed oil), Sugar, Egg replacer (potato starch, tapioca starch flour, leavening (calcium lactate [not derived from dairy], calcium carbonate, cream of tartar), sodium carboxymethylcellulose, methylcellulose, Vanilla extract (Water, Monopropylene Glycol, Natural Vanilla Extract), Baking powder (mono calcium phosphate, corn starch, sodium bicarbonate), Salt, Dark Chocolate (sugar; cocoa butter; cocoa mass; emulsifier: soya lecithin; natural vanilla flavouring), Ginger, Crystallised ginger (Ginger, sugar)

A definite favourite
This is by far the best cookie for me being dairy free. Absolutely love ginger & chocolate together I didn't think I'd ever be able to find something this good that was dairy free! Ideally would love more chocolate in with the ginger though please

I love this cookie. The crystallised ginger with the dark chocolate is just an amazing combination packed with flavour!

My New Favourite Cookie
My new favourite cookie! Rich, gooey and the warm, spicy hit of crystallised ginger is perfect. Vegan too....I'm not vegan but you could never tell. It doesn't lack anything. This will definitely be in my future orders.
