Wheat Flour, Unsalted butter, Sugar, Eggs, Vanilla extract (Water, Monopropylene Glycol, Natural Vanilla Extract), Bicarbonate of soda, Cream of tartar (Potassium tartrates), Salt, Glucose Syrup, Invert Sugar Syrup, 22% Amaretto Liqueur, Caramel, Starch, Natural Flavor, Almonds

Contains: Gluten, Eggs, Dairy products, Nuts, Alcohol
This cookie is not suitable for people who are lactose, nut or gluten intolerant. Due to the liqueur in the flavouring, alcohol is present in the ingredients, but it is in such tiny quantities that it evaporates during the heat of the baking process. As such, this cookie is not suitable for those following a strict Halal diet.

Added the amaretto one to my order just to complete numbers but absolutely surprised by how lovely it was. There was no stinting on the amaretto and tge aroma and taste was there throughout. Love these cookies.
