This cookie is not suitable for people who are lactose, nut or gluten intolerant. Due to the liqueur in the flavouring, alcohol is present in the ingredients, but it is in such tiny quantities that it evaporates during the heat of the baking process. As such, this cookie is not suitable for those following a strict Halal diet.

The only one of the cookies I tried that actually had the flavour running through it rather than relying on somethong just added on top.

Amaretto cookie
Added the amaretto one to my order just to complete numbers but absolutely surprised by how lovely it was. There was no stinting on the amaretto and tge aroma and taste was there throughout. Love these cookies.
