Cookie Ice Cream Sundaes

Beat the heat this Summer with our fresh, ice cream cookie sundae ideas!
After all, what could be better than a mouth watering combo of warm cookies and ice cream? And if your children are like ours, they're desperate for something cold and sweet to keep them happy! They've gone down well with us grown ups too!!
Warm Triple Chocolate Cookie Sundae
Ingredients:
3 scoops of vanilla ice cream
Chocolate sauce
Chocolate Flake
Squirty cream
Just warm the cookie in the microwave for 15 seconds. Drizzle chocolate sauce around the inside of a sundae glass (or large wine goblet... we all know you've got one!). Break up the cookie into chunks. Place the cookie chunks (except for one small piece) with the scoops of ice cream into the sundae glass and drizzle with more chocolate sauce. Crumble the remaining cookie chunk. Squirt some cream on top, then drizzle with more chocolate sauce, some crumbled flake and the crumbled cookie chunk. Serve to an excited child or adult.
Warm Chocolate and Honeycomb Cookie Sundae
Ingredients:
1/2 Crunchie bar (broken into bits)
3 scoops of honeycomb ice cream
Caramel sauce
Squirty cream
Just warm the cookie in the microwave for 15 seconds. Drizzle the caramel sauce around the inside of a sundae glass. Break the cookie into chunks. Add a scoop of ice cream and add some cookie chunks on top. Drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle some Crunchie bits on top. Add more ice cream, cookie chunks, sauce and Crunchie bits. Top with some squirty cream, caramel sauce and more Crunchie bits.
Warm Salted Caramel Cookie Sundae
Ingredients:
2 scoops of salted caramel ice cream
1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
Caramel sauce
Squirty cream
Warm the cookie in the microwave for 15 seconds. Drizzle the caramel sauce around the inside of a sundae glass. Break the cookie into chunks. Add a scoop of the salted caramel ice cream, some cookie chunks and drizzle with caramel sauce. Add more ice cream, cookie chunks and sauce. Top with some squirty cream and caramel sauce.
Mix things up by adding in Smarties, Rolos, strawberries, raspberries, chocolate pretzels, meringue, marshmallows, rainbow sprinkles etc.
