Buttery (without the butter!), soft and gooey and packed with fabulous coconut, this vegan, dairyfree & gluten free cookie was in great demand after our regular coconut cookie was launched and became a top seller. Now, we've managed to pull off another cookie miracle to bring you an 'allergen-free' cookie...and as there's no chocolate in it, there's no soy lecithin in it either! Enjoy :-)

Yum
This is the first cookie I have tried and it didn't disappoint. I didn't heat it it up, instead I dunked it into a cup of tea. I especially liked the soft gooey centre.
