Gluten Free Oat Flour, Unsalted butter, Sugar, Eggs, Vanilla extract (Water, Monopropylene Glycol, Natural Vanilla Extract), Baking powder (mono calcium phosphate, corn starch, sodium bicarbonate), Salt, Xanthan gum, Rolled Oats, Black Flame Jumbo Raisins, Vegetable Oil, Golden Sultanas, Antioxidant (sulphur dioxide), Cinnamon.

Where to start? I love them. Simply put. I’ve been shopping around various cookie companies to find a go-to place for when I’m getting cookies. I love an oaty, raisiny and spiced biscuit. So, I’ve sampled the oat and raisin cookie in each place I’ve tried from so far. My search for a favourite cookie company stops here. I’ve found the best of the best. The prices are so much more reasonable than the other places I’ve tried (other places typically charging £4.50 per cookie). The cookie dough recipes themselves are beautiful. I don’t like a cookie dough with too much sweetness because the toppings and mix-ins just overwhelm it. Wicked Cookies are beautifully seasoned. Deliciously complimenting the flavour combinations that are added. This cookie in particular is, in my opinion, perfect. The raisin are actual raisins, not sultanas or other sad, dried fruit that just don’t quite cut it. Each one has had full, juicy raisin in it. The amount of oat to flour ratio is beautiful. And the spices are just the right amount. I love a bit of cinnamon to go into an oat and raisin and WC has blended their recipe just right. I would quite happily buy an order of just the oat and raisin flavour.

Choosing a cookie without chocolate in it - seemed a ridiculous idea!!! But wow this won't disappoint! It is delicious. I can see 2 in the order next time!!

Everything a cookie should be and more. So crumbly and melt in the mouth. There is no other cookie company that has got the blend of flavours this right! These are my favourite go to cookies and now they delivery even better.
