Gluten Free Oat Flour, Vegetable Fat (palm oil, rapeseed oil), Sugar, Egg replacer (potato starch, tapioca starch flour, leavening (calcium lactate [not derived from dairy], calcium carbonate, cream of tartar), sodium carboxymethylcellulose, methylcellulose, Vanilla extract (Water, Monopropylene Glycol, Natural Vanilla Extract), Baking powder (mono calcium phosphate, corn starch, sodium bicarbonate), Salt, Xanthan gum, Black tea, bergamot flavouring, culinary Lavender essence

Stunning Flavour
You really taste the strong flavour of the London Fog and I absolutely love it. My only criticism is that the little tea bits give a crunchy texture that I particularly am not a fan of. Maybe it’s for aesthetic purposes? It’s also just a case of personal preference but apart from that it’s a stunning cookie
