As I have never eaten a panettone in my life. Thought I would give this a try. Not my favourite and was not sure what flavour I was supposed to savour. Will stick to the cookies I love eating the most.

All the festive magic of a traditional Italian panettone but wrapped up in our signature vegan gluten free cookie dough. Our signature vegan gluten free cookie dough studded with mixed peel and a beautifully authentic panettone aroma to create that unmistakable festive flavour.
Ingredients
Gluten Free Oat Flour, Vegetable Fat (palm oil, rapeseed oil), Sugar, Egg replacer (potato starch, tapioca starch flour, leavening (calcium lactate [not derived from dairy], calcium carbonate, cream of tartar), sodium carboxymethylcellulose, methylcellulose, Vanilla extract (Water, Monopropylene Glycol, Natural Vanilla Extract), Baking powder (mono calcium phosphate, corn starch, sodium bicarbonate), Salt, Xanthan gum, Mixed Peel (Orange peel (44%) (Orange Peel, Preservative (sulphur dioxide)), Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Lemon Peel (11%) (Lemon Peel, Preservative (sulphur dioxide)), Sugar, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Preservative (Potassium sorbate)), Panettone Aroma (Calabrian orange essential oil, Sicilian lemon essential oil, bergamot essential oil, tangerine essential oil, vanilla extract).

A delicious change
I normally order the choc chunk chocolate cookies or white chocolate which are both delicious. I wanted to try some different flavours and the panettone didn’t disappoint. I will definitely be ordering these again.
